Welcome to Banana Padel. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Banana Padel application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One person may only have one account.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the application only for its intended purpose of organizing and participating in padel tournaments. You agree not to:

• Use the application for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with or disrupt the application's functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Upload inappropriate or offensive content

4. Tournament Participation

• Tournament organizers are responsible for the rules and conduct of their tournaments.
• Players must behave respectfully toward other participants.
• Scores submitted through the application are considered official for the tournament.
• Banana Padel is not responsible for disputes between tournament participants.

5. Player Ratings

Player ratings are calculated automatically based on tournament results. Ratings are intended for matchmaking purposes and may fluctuate based on performance.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the application are owned by Banana Padel and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit (such as profile photos).

7. Push Notifications

By enabling push notifications, you consent to receiving notifications about tournament updates, match schedules, and score updates. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the application settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

Banana Padel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or disputes between users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
